What we do
When CLIMB performs in a school gym or teaches in a classroom, kids listen.  And that’s a very good thing because CLIMB produces original plays and classes for K-12th grades on topics like:

    National Award Winner!
    CLIMB Theatre just won The Sara Spencer Artistic Achievement Award honoring artistic theatre practice of long duration and wide recognition!  The award will be presented to CLIMB Theatre by the American Alliance of Theatre and Education (AATE) at a ceremony in New York City on August 9, 2009.  The only other Minnesota theatre to be so honored is the Children's Theatre Company, which won the award in 1979. 

     The American Alliance of Theatre and Education (AATE) acts as a national voice in support of theatre aesthetics and practice.  AATE's mission is to promote standards of excellence in theatre and theatre education.
